We bring standard tools and basic fixings (screws, wall plugs, etc.). For specific materials like paint, taps, or furniture, please provide them unless arranged otherwise.

Yes. You can pay securely by card when booking online, or choose to pay cash on the day. Card payments are processed through Stripe.

Yes, both are among our most popular services. TV mounting is a two-person job (additional rate applies). Flat-pack assembly covers all brands including IKEA.

For most jobs, just select the tasks during booking. For mounting jobs, we'll ask about wall type. For plumbing, photos are helpful. We'll prompt you during the booking flow.

We'll always discuss with you before continuing if a job looks like it will take significantly longer than quoted. We never charge extra without your approval.

We don't do gas work (requires Gas Safe certification), major electrical work (requires Part P certification), or structural alterations. These need certified specialists.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted price. You can reschedule via your confirmation email.
